Initiate Your Request
Log into your ABKEYS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
